I love food. I’m a foodie and a food nerd. I have been cooking regularly at home for myself and my family and eventually roomies since the age of 14. With a myriad of diverse food allergies I learned to cook around them – eventually inventing my own recipes for egg free and dairy free baked goods, and other main dish items that avoid my main life threatening and tummy irritating issues. I will mainly write about food and cooking. And a little wine and whiskey too.
I am also a classical singer, a visual artist, an historian and a musician. I also am an avid consumer of the performing arts. So reviews and references and new works etc will inevitably become part of my blogging.
